PM Ciolacu: Next week we’re choosing between September 15 or 19 for the presidential election round one

Prime minister Ciolacu on Friday asked the minister of interior, Catalin Predoiu, to prepare the draft government decision regarding the presidential election, while saying that the coalition will establish the date for the first round of the presidential election this autumn either on September 15 or 19.

„Following the decisions taken by the governing coalition I ask deputy PM and minister of interior Catalin Predoiu to prepare the draft government decision regarding the presidential election, for next week we are establishing the date – by choosing between September 15 and 19 – of the presidential election’s round one,” Ciolacu said before the government meeting.
