Presidential elections2024/ Judges of Central Electoral Bureau have been appointed

The Supreme Court on Thursday appointed by drawing lots the five judges who will make up the Central Electoral Bureau for the presidential elections.

According to a press release from the Supreme Court, the five judges who make up the BEC are: Mihai Andrei Negoescu-Gandac (Civil Section I), Valentina Vrabie (Civil Section II), Rodica Zaharia (Civil Section II), Ioana Bogdan (Criminal Section), Doina Visan (Administrative and Tax Litigation Section)

The first round of the 2024 presidential elections has been set for November 24 and the second round will take place on December 8. Parliamentary elections will be held between the two rounds on December 1.
