President Klaus Iohannis on Monday signed the decree on the decoration of Valentina Negritescu, a university professor, with the Educational Merit Order in rank of Kinght.

„As a token of gratitude for her professionalism and devotion to education, for her important contribution in promoting the Romanian language and culture and Romania’s image in the Italian Republic, the Romanian president bestowed the Educational Merit Order in rank of Knight to university professor Negritescu Valentina,” says the Presidential Administration.
