Investment platform SeedBlink and Goldring, one of the most active listing brokers on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), concludes partnership through which tech start-ups have access to the investor community at the Stock Exchange, the company announced on Monday, according to Agerpres.
The partnership aims for promising tech start-ups with international expansion ambitions, which raise financing rounds through SeedBlink, to receive more visibility within the Goldring investor community.
„In recent years, we have noticed a significant increase in the interest of small and medium-sized companies for financing through the capital market. We already have a partnership with BVB, and through the collaboration between Goldring and SeedBlink we want to further contribute to the development of the infrastructure for innovators. The partnership we consider beneficial to both entrepreneurs in need of financing and investors, who will thus have access to public offerings or private placements. We recognize Goldring’s experience and reputation in the capital market and believe that it complements very well with our dynamic pipeline of technological companies with global ambitions,” said Andrei Dudoiu, co-founder and managing partner of SeedBlink.
Thus, the partnership will give companies access to a larger number of potential supporters and will facilitate investors’ access to a new class of assets for building a diversified portfolio.
„Goldring supports Romanian investors and companies, and the opening to different financing routes is a sign of the maturing of the ecosystem. We consider that SeedBlink is a major support for the growth of the Romanian IT/Tech sector. This partnership is aligned with our initiatives such as Finants.ro in which we do the matching between the client’s requests and the financing offers,” said Virgil Zahan, Goldring’s general manager.
Both companies are authorized by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority, SeedBlink as a participatory financing services company, and Goldring as a financial investment services company.
