The simple motion against the minister of foreign affairs, Emil Hurezeanu, initiated by AUR (Alliance for the Union of Romanians) and POT (Young People’s Party), was resubmitted to the Chamber of Deputies on Wednesday.

„Based on art. 191, 192 of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, we submit to you the simple motion against the minister of foreign affairs, Emil Hurezeanu, entitled „Romanian Diplomacy in the Hurezeanu Era. Isolation as a Relevant Strategy, as a Vocation and Passivity as a State Policy. Chronicle of a Drifting Foreign Policy,” initiated by at least 50 deputies belonging to the parliamentary groups of AUR and POT,” informed AUR deputy Cosmin Ioan Corendea in the plenary session of the Chamber.

Last Tuesday, the simple motion initiated by AUR and POT against minister Emil Hurezeanu was submitted to the Chamber of Deputies, but the Permanent Bureau decided that the text does not comply with the provisions of the rules and returned it to the initiators.
