Ursula von der Leyen: Europe’s security under threat

Published on

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated that Europe’s security is „challenged” and „under threat,” stressing Russia poses the „most immediate” threat to the continent, according to a message posted on Twitter by the European Commission.

„The Russian threat is the most immediate, but not the only one. We witness China’s increasing attempts to reshape the global order to its benefits. With the new EU- NATO Joint Declaration, we are bringing our partnership to the next level”, the EU official said.
