The chairman of the National Liberal Party (PNL), Nicolae Ciuca, Wednesday said in Cluj-Napoca, where he participated in the inauguration of the expansion of the Departure Terminal of the Avram Iancu Airport, that the investment proves that when the political goal is to ensure the stability and safety of the development and implementation of projects for citizens, political color does not matter.
„There is very good harmonization between the efficiency of implementation of European funds, funds from the state budget and, why not, we must emphasize this aspect of our own funds (…). We have put together all our skills within this coalition and I was very pleased that the director mentioned both the start and the boost from the Government under the leadership of yours truly, the continuation by Mr. prime minister Marcel Ciolacu, the involvement of the two ministers Lucian Bode and Sorin Grindeanu. It is proof that political color does not matter when we have a political goal to ensure stability in the country, to be able to ensure the progress and implementation of projects for citizens, it is important to do what we have to do for the people. It is also a commitment that we have made public every time since the moment we created this coalition and took office. Our main objective is investment, investment is what develops us,” said Nicolae Ciuca.
The PNL chairman emphasized that investments determine the development of communities and the reduction of disparities between urban and rural environments, as well as between the country’s counties.
„Through this objective we can see more air operators, more travelers coming here for business purposes, but also for tourism purposes. (…) There are already seven stores open and others waiting to bid. Here’s how much such an objective can be used in the horizontal development of economic activities. So, the investments are what help us to develop the communities, to develop the region, to develop the country to consolidate and develop the middle class in the urban environment and from here we can direct our attention to the middle class in the rural environment, because this is our objective, we must reduce these disparities between the rural and urban environments, between the counties, between regions,” he specified.
