11 January marks the Day of Nature Reserves and National Parks. On this occasion, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism posted a message on Facebook, in which urges to protect nature.

The World Day of Nature Reserves and Parks, which we celebrate today, once again emphasizes the importance of sustainable tourism. On your travels, whether you want to go on foot or by bike, on specially designed themed paths and trails, or by boat or boat, don’t forget to protect, love and respect nature!
With care, quietly watch the birds and wild animals from the landscaped observatories, admire the cornflower right at its „home” or climb the mountains, in fairy-tale landscapes! Enjoy the tourist attractions scattered at every step, the beauty of the villages and the hospitality of the inhabitants!
And don’t forget: by protecting nature, we protect ourselves!
