Yellow wind warnings in 11 counties and Bucharest, on Tuesday, wind gusts in 9 other counties on Wednesday

The National Administration of Meteorology (ANM) issued, on Tuesday, Yellow wind warnings, valid throughout the day in 11 counties and in Bucharest, and on Wednesday in eight other counties.

According to the meteorologists, on Tuesday, between 10:00 – 20:00, in the counties of Arges, Buzau, Dambovita, Dolj, Giurgiu, Ilfov, Ialomita, Olt, Prahova, Teleorman, Valcea and Bucharest, the wind will intensify and wind gusts will reach speeds around 50 km/h.

At the same time, during the same day, but also during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, the wind will intensify in the other regions, in smaller areas and at lower speeds.

Also, on Wednesday, between 06:00 and 21:00, in the counties of Bacau, Braila, Buzau, Galati, Ialomita, Tulcea, Vrancea and Vaslui, there will be wind gusts wind of 50 – 60 km/h. The wind will also be present in areas of Banat, Crisana, the rest of Moldavia and Dobrogea, but in smaller areas and at lower speeds.
